Mr. Hiren Gajjar (Joint Managing Director)

Mr. Hiren is a commerce graduate with almost 20 Years experience in designing & developing engineering components. Right from his school going days he was assisting his father Shri Rasiklal M. Gajjar the founder name in the Meeting Pump field. He has got more than 10 years active practical experience of shop floor & of designing metering Pumps. Immediately after his graduation he joined the family business.

He has attended short term courses for pump designing at Germany.

Because of his natural instinct for designing and technical flair he has contributed immensely towards development of superior and user friendly models. He is a great help in solving complex design related problems and after sales service related problems in the field.

Mr. Chirantan Gajjar (Managing Director)

Mechanical Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology, Ahmedabad, a six months Management Course from U.S.A., Post Graduate Courses in Financial Management and International Business have enabled Mr. Chirantan to establish himself effectively with Swelore Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Since his joining in 2002, he has strongly supported & expanded technical capability in the company. He is an acknowledged leader with excellent business development & marketing skills. Articulate, proactive & confident Mr. Chirantan Gajjar is highly regarded for his efforts under adversity. Extensive computer literacy combined with his business acumen has made him tremendously successful in advancing Swelore’s objectives.

Further, Mr. Chirantan’s out going personality has made him an important resource in situations where improved customer relations and high performance team work are required. As a superior team builder, he has a huge following of employees who want to work on his projects. Mr. Gajjar has proved himself a great achiever and also an acknowledged leader.

Mr. V.C. Karve (Marketing Director – Providing Marketing Solutions)

He is a marketing genius and mechanical engineer by academic standards. Working with Kirloskar and Sarabhai Groups earlier, he has brought in profound knowledge from the wealth of experience with him.

He joined SWELORE in 1981, as a managing partner of M/s H-Welore Sales, the group’s marketing company and is responsible for entire sales & marketing functions.
